Good afternoon,

It is with deep remorse that Hollis will have to cancel its Grandparents Day this Friday.  Having many staff and students ill combined with an expansion in repairing the damage to our kindergarten room and a large portion of the main hallway have our school in a current state that is not fit for hosting this event.  We promise to have Grandparents Day again next year, but these circumstances are out of our control.

In true Hollis fashion, we have hopefully found a win-win.  Our Thursday K-4 winter matinee and evening performance will have some of the activities included that would have taken place on Grandparents Day.  Adopt-a-Book, refreshments and a photo booth will be included tomorrow afternoon and evening.

We are sorry for the inconvenience but hope you all understand.  We plan to host Grandparents Day next year in November.
