Hello Hollis Families! We are just over the halfway mark for the Step It Up Fundraiser and our kids are doing an awesome job. The donations are building up nicely. We were not able to raise funds last year, but still had our normal expenses, so our well has run dry and there are a lot of bills to pay and things to purchase. We appreciate all efforts to begin replenishing the funds so that we can continue to support our school, activities and staff. Our classes are competing against each other for participation. The winning classes will receive fun silly string competitions and dippin dots. Participation costs nothing! Sign your student up and send the emails. That’s it!

We have several big requests for new equipment and or uniforms, and we want to celebrate the kids and the staff of the school as much as possible. When we add new equipment like the Score Table in the gym and/or the LED Marquee on the front of the building, it is an investment in the longevity of our school. We want to attract new students and new neighbors to keep our school thriving. It takes a village, and the parents, families, and friends are our village. Fundraisers like this one are how we make these things happen. Let’s make this the most successful fundraiser that we can and top any and all expectations! All Hollis students will be able to attend the Day of Awesomeness. The top earners receive extra perks on the Day of Awesomeness. All drawings were random and managed by the Step it Up fundraising company. We can do this, for our kids, for our teachers, for our school, and for the future.
